Group and private classes currently offered teach gentle, low-impact poses that improve flexibility, build strength and stamina, and encourage focused relaxation, all of which prepare women’s bodies and minds for the marathon of childbirth.

    Series of six 30 minute classes geared for aiding postpartum recuperation.
